Shutter Solutions has been a leader in the Aluminium Security Shutter market since 2007 (19 years experience). The company owns all the necessary intellectual property (IP) to manufacture shutters; including its own extrusion dies, as well as sophisticated proprietary software - which converts window/door dimensions to an accurate shutter quotation, vector graphic designs, BOMâs, Job Cards etc.
The Seller is looking to sell a National Master RSA Licence (100% for R1.75mill). As the National âMaster Licensorâ you will have the exclusive right to appoint & sell individual licences to window & door manufacturers throughout RSA. There are approximately 2,000 window & door manufacturers in RSA and you only need to sign up 2.5% of these (50x) for this business to be extremely lucrative.
This unique (and unrivalled) business model enables window & door manufacturers to enter the aluminium security shutter industry with a very low barrier-to-entry and provides them with a 2nd revenue stream for their business. This is a very attractive, and leverageable, opportunity for them because they already have an established market base, factory, staff, vehicles and equipment (for assembly & installation). Adding a shutter to their range is a logical step for product integration, and these individual window & door licensees will pay you (the Master Licensor) an affordable monthly fee of R 5,000 plus a volume related fee (royalty) of 15% of material cost.
This Master Licensor Opportunity for SA provides you with 4x potential revenue streams: (1) Sale of sub-licenses to window & door manufacturers, (2) Royalty on their Sales, (3) Opportunity to manufacture yourself, (4) Capability to provide the supply chain of materials (imported at lower prices), although an existing supply chain in Cape Town is available for immediate traction.
This Master Licensor Opportunity for SA will generate excellent "passive" type income from (conservatively) R2.2 million per annum; and up to R10 million per annum.
